Our gift certificates can be used on any items on our e-shop (excluding shipping cost).
e.g. You want to give your friends/ colleagues something for their baby shower, but you're not sure what size or colour to purchase... give them a Gift Certificate!
Once we receive your payment, we will send you a Gift Certificate through e-mail (with a unique e-coupon number). You may forward it to the receiver of this gift certificate (your friend/ colleague), or you can also pay HK$2 and ask us to print it out and post it to you, by Hong Kong Post.
Terms and Conditions:
All the gift certificates will be valid for half a year (counted from the day we issue it for you);
Customers can only use one gift certificate per bill. Please provide us your e-coupon number when you reply our confirmation e-mail, instead of filling it in the form when you place the order, so as to avoid any mistakes made by our system;
Once a gift certificate has been used, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded;
All the gift certificates cannot be used together with other discounts, promotional offers, or other gift certificates or vouchers;
All the gift certificates cannot be used to pay for the courier fee/ shipping cost;
All the gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or a change;
If the gift certificates are lost, stolen or damaged, no replacement or refund will be granted;
All unused gift certificates will be forfeited after half a year (when it is expired) and non prior notice is needed;
All the gift certificates are subjected to the terms and conditions;
HAPPY E-BABIES reserves the right to change all terms and conditions which will be based on the English version;
Should a dispute arise, HAPPY E-BABIES reserves the right to arbitrate the final decision.
